Post Card Perfect

We made it to Portland safe and sound last night. It took us 6 hours- which it normally takes about 3-3.5 hours. Truly, the roads between home and the edge of Portland were not all that bad, and there were times that it was simply breathtaking, but once we hit the city, it is horrible. The roads in the city limits are treacherous! We have studded tires all the way around our van and we slip and slide. This morning it warmed quite a bit, and the heavily flocked trees dropped a lot of their snow, but last night as we lay in bed we looked out the window to this (the picture does NOT do it justice for it's beauty). Jason said he felt like he was looking at a post card!
