Loved at 33!
I usually don't like my birthday all that much...
but this year was different. Not sure why.
I think I just made a choice.
I usually find myself feeling unsatisfied...BUT
this year I chose to look through the lens of gratitude... and it worked!
There were so many who extended their hearts to me!
Yesterday, I found myself surrounded by people who love me.
I received many notes/cards/phone calls/txts/IM's/visits
and Judah and Hannah even threw a party for 'just us' (Jason had pt conferences)
...in the end I even had two friends drop in at the perfect time to enjoy 'the party'
It was a fabulous day of feeling LOVED and cared for!
The gift of friendship and family was a blessing this year.
Thank you to all of you who made the first day of year 34 a special one!

I think you might be like me, I like to go through the day on my birthday without anyone knowing or making a big deal about it. But sometimes it's good to remind yourself that, "Hey, I am pretty great"
