Yogi (that's me!)

So, I have been to Yoga Class one time, now. I loved it. I love the feeling of sore muscles! Today I was reminded of my Thursday AM workout many times as I laughed and my sides ached. I am standing by my conviction (told to Jason) that under my chub- I am sure that I am rocked. :) I swear I can feel every muscle in my upper body today! Yoga was incredible- very much my style. I can't wait till the next class! Can I also mention... how incredibly difficult most of these poses are?!? The picture is beautiful- but incredibly difficult to hold.

How exciting for you...I have to admire your dedication...it really does look way to hard to me...plus, I think you have to be "quiet & still" while you do it....if I have to exercise I want to at least make noise while I'm doing it! Have a great weekend...hope it's filled with lots of quiet, warm family moments! Sweet blessings!

I would end up on my face trying to do that pose! Is the class better than the tapes? I remember being that sore after pilates too! My "core" ached!

Yoga does feel great! I have done Bikram yoga a few times...yoga in a room >100 degrees for 1 1/2 hours! Painful.. thought I was going to pass out but felt great after.

Yay for Yogi's! I've been addicted to yoga for about 4 years now. I go 3 times a week! Where do you go?

And seriously... that pose IS hard to hold!

Dear Michelle, I hope you see this. I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate our friendship, our work relationship, your laughter and our comfort level with one another. While we certainly will never agree on everything, I know I'll always want to count you as one of my circle:)
I do enjoy checking in on your blog and will try to do better about leaving a text footprint behind.
