A Gift

Today I was given a gift that was very difficult to accept.

I spent the entire day alone.

It was a strange feeling at first.

I soon became accustom to it... and liked it.

I finished the laundry

I finished the dishes

I mowed the lawn

I ran some errands

I had my nails done

I ate lunch in silence

And then...

There was a lull in the afternoon when I was longing for my family.

So... I painted my bathroom. :)
