Checking In

Wowzers.... life just took a hard hit to the brakes. Spring break has arrived and I am immediately in the lounge mode!!! We made it! Today as I have been been catching up on a few things around the house I thought I should probably make a post or two on my blog during this very needed week of rest.

Seems like so much as happened since the beginning of March. So much... I can't process it all. Hannah lost her first tooth... what an exciting exciting time for her! She desires so much to be bigger. She now has a bit of a lisp with the hole remaining in her mouth. It's so cute. She lost it during dinner one night and had to leave her dinner plate to call all three grandma's.

We had a little tooth-fairy issue in the mix. The tooth fairy forgot about the tooth and went to bed. Opps! Well, guess what?!? When the tooth fairy doesn't come on the first day.... the second day the money doubles! Great day for Hannah!!!

Judah received a new ranking in Karate this week. He has developed a lot of confidence through his Karate classes! We are very proud of his growth. This week he was even commenting about how his muscles were all hurting. We think he was literally sore from working out. (I think I need to join him!)

Zeke's biggest feat these days... POTTY TRAINING! I think we have about made it all the way through- what a trek it has been! He now loves his underpants... and hates pull-ups. Music to my ears!

Jason has started his mowing for 2008. I can hardly believe it- but I love that we are diving into warmer weather. I am hoping for some nice weather this week- I would love to spend some time outside.

I am nearing the end of my semester with WSU. I love it love it love it! I hate being gone two nights a week... but I can't get enough of the material. It has been amazing. My summer class only consists of 4-5 weekends... and I am finished one week past our local schools. YAHOO! I get to have a summer!!!

Jason and I just booked a trip for our 10th anniversary this summer. We are going to leave the kids with my mom and head to Lake Tahoe for 5 days! We are already looking forward to that.
