When we were in Tahoe we stayed in a condo called The Ridge- I have an aunt & uncle who own a week here each year and they were able to get us a good deal for the 4 nights we were there. I had been here as an
pre-teen, and had memories. It was fun to see it again. Amazing how things stay the same for 20 years! The resort sits on 17 acres on The Ridge of the mountains... it was seriously over 7000 feet above sea level. We were about 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the lake... which was quite nice!

This is a shot coming up the mountain of the main building of The Ridge.
It was quite breezy up on top of the mountain, which worked out for us as I laid in the sun by the pool, Jason laid in the shade under one of these pine trees... the breeze keeping us both cooled off.
We LOVED the idea of the condo over a hotel room so much! I would recommend it to anyone... and plan to stay in condos for now on when we travel!
