On my mind...
Tonight in my class we talked a significant portion of the evening about how to counsel abused and traumatized children. My heart is heavy and at the same time ready to roll up my sleeves and do some difficult work with kids. The research is likely out of date but they are saying MINIMALLY 4/10 females are sexually offended. I would guess there are about 20 people who regularly look at this blog. That would mean that roughly 8 people reading this have been affected to some degree by abuse. My heart is heavy for you today. I am starting this book... full of FABULOUS stuff for counselors!

I agree with Lindsay, Desert View will be extremely blessed because you are there and doing the work of the Lord! Way to go! Follow Him, wherever he leads you.
