Construction Zone...

The construction on our cul-de-sac continues. As our friends BJ and Crystal build their new home... the 6 kids spend a lot of time riding bikes... playing in the dirt.... and hanging out at our house. A few days ago was a play in the big dirt pile day. :-) The big kids all were off doing other things while Zeke stayed behind and dumped dirt on his head. Here are a few pictures that didn't quite capture the cuteness of the moment... but they will do.

We are really looking forward to the construction phase to be over on our street. The group of people in our neighborhood could NOT be better. We are looking forward to raising our kids together... fireworks on the street for 4th of July... Summer BBQ's.... pulling sleds in the snow.... carving pumpkins in the fall... and great neighbors when you are short an egg to make cookies with the kids. God has been so good to us during this transition... our new neighbors are a gift!!

We love you guys!

have fun making those memories with the "gifts" God has given you... your children, your neighbors, each other!
