This morning I am preparing to take Judah to the Ped. Dentist.... and I am not excited! He has really had a lot of trouble with cavities... fillings and infections under the fillings... he has been in a lot of pain . Not so fun... we are meeting with the Dr. at 8:30 this morning with an empty tummy "just in case" they need to put him out and remove teeth. I am NOT looking forward to it. (I think I already mentioned that!)

I am so behind at posting. The juggling act that I am living with trying to run a household, be a full time counselor, and go to school two nights a week as kept me at a distance from my home computer. I feel guilty when I spend time sitting here... I really DO NOT like that feeling. This spot, for me, is therapy. They say that a counselor has to take good care of themselves. I guess that can be my excuse!

Two weeks ago Zeke had a BIG owwie, as you can see in the pictures!! He got in the way of a moving swing at our school. It made a BIG gouge in his cheek and then settled into a black eye. THEN... Jason buzzed his hair off (he needed a haircut soooo bad!). So he looked so ..... um..... well, Jason and I have differing opinions about how he looked.... I will let you draw your own conclusions! :-)

Well... I better jump in the shower... and start yet another crazy juggling act of a day!

"THERAPY" is a good word for blogs.
It's a way to share your thoughts, your day to day struggles, your joys, your happiness, and yourself!I've found it to be one of the best ways to share my life with friends and family, especially ones that I don't see very often.
It keeps me connected, it keeps me sane, it keeps me smiling!
Know that you are thought of often-the balance act is not easy, but I know you are seeking God for strength, patience, & endurance.

Hope the dentist appointment went well... and Zeke... well, that's a nice shiner!

Happy weekend to you!

He looks like a true son of Jason; TOUGH!. But he's a little lover, I saw him kissing on Piper the other day at coffee. So sweet.

I've been missing your posts. And Try not to feel guilty. I think of bloggin as my journal...and just think you will be capturing your memories and stories forever. So they dont get lost in the busyness of life.

It's definitely a juggling act but at least we have the extra set of hands helping us to keep all the balls in the air! He is the reason that I make it to the end of each day! I'm always saying to myself...simplify, simplify...but the truth is I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't have all the family, friends and activities that I try to squeeze into each day! It is a true blessing that God has allowed me to do all the things that I call my life and remain sane at the same time!

I sound like Lindsay don't I!;) She's such an inspiring woman! Love her!

Sorry about the dentist trip! Hope that he gets a good report!

Zeke is a true boy! Girls will be swooning over him in no time!;)

How did the visit to the dentist go?

Do you have a picture of Zeke after his haircut?

Balance - something you'll always need to be aware of. Something that is easily forgotten by a parent when SO MANY people NEED them! Good for you to take a few therapeutic moments...
